Terms for Carrier Billing
XRA By using Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) or any other applicable Mobile Network Operators' payment solutions to subscribe to XRA, users acknowledge and accept the following terms. These terms are not isolated and must be read and accepted in conjunction with our supporting terms and policies available at xra-hk.com
Subscription Model (Postpaid Users)
When using a mobile number associated with a postpaid plan, charges for the products and services provided by the Company will be billed directly to the user’s Mobile Network Operator (MNO) postpaid account. Users will not be charged more than the advertised amount for any Network service. However, Networks reserve the right to recover any outstanding charges or adjust billing frequency in accordance with their billing policies.
The advertised rates and billing frequency will be clearly displayed prior to the Network Hosted Confirmation Page (NHCP) and before the user subscribes to the service.
To access the service, users are only required to enter their mobile phone number and follow the on-screen instructions.
No password or account login is required to access the service. Users may unsubscribe via checksubscription.com and follow the instructions provided. For further information regarding our services, users may also reach out through the Help Page.
The Company is not responsible for charges incurred due to unauthorized use of the user’s mobile device or SIM card. Users are advised to ensure that their device and SIM card are secured at all times.
Fees
Charges for products and services will be deducted from the prepaid card balance or added to the Mobile Network Operators' billing account. Users will not be charged more than the advertised amount for access to the service. However, Networks reserve the right to recover any outstanding charges or adjust billing frequency. The advertised rates and billing frequency will be displayed prior to the NHCP and prior to subscribing to the service.
Charges will be applied automatically upon subscription confirmation, regardless of service usage. If a Free Trial period has been offered, users will be charged upon the expiration of the Free Trial period.
Refund Policy
We value our customers and strive to provide quality products and services. We understand that customers may occasionally wish to request a refund for their subscription. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund by contacting our customer support team via our Help Page. We will review your request and notify you of the outcome.
If your refund request is approved, we will request your banking details to process the refund directly into your bank account, less any applicable fees or charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser; third parties (such as spouses, relatives, or partners) are not entitled to request refunds on the subscriber's behalf.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests for any reason, including but not limited to:
Products or services that have been used or consumed;
Failure to comply with our terms and conditions;
Fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy.
If a refund is granted, it may take up to 30 working days to appear in the user's account.
Customers should be aware that XRA may outsource customer support services to third parties. Such parties are bound by our policies and terms. We encourage customers interacting with these services to read and understand the terms and policies provided by these partners.
Free Trial Periods and Misuse
We may offer a free trial period for users to experience our services. We will take action against users who misuse our free trial promotions. Misuse includes but is not limited to:
Registering multiple accounts to access multiple free trial periods;
Deactivating and reactivating subscriptions to reuse trial periods;
Using misleading or deceptive means to obtain additional free trials;
Any other actions that contravene law, morality, or public opinion.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards misuse of our sites and promotions. The Company reserves the right to apply any of the following consequences at its sole discretion:
Blacklisting users from future use of our services;
Terminating or suspending the user's account;
Pursuing any and all further legal actions, including claims for damages or criminal proceedings.
